Set within an arch in Worcester, an intimate dining space of 50 covers. Benefitting also from 30 in our covered courtyard. Then in Hereford we cater for 65 covers inside and 180 outside in The Yard.
With an emphasis on culinary craftsmanship, both locations serve a variety of smash burgers. At Burger Shop we keep things simple. The food is considered and we use flavours and ingredients that work well together; we avoid gimmicks. Rupert has been involved with Burger Shop since 2016.
He started his career at Hereford Tech College and did 3 years of hospitality and catering. I learnt the most while working at Bill Granger’s in Sydney & with Mark Jankle & Jun Tanaka in London.
